We intend to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and that our operations continue to run smoothly.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>All visitors must be healthy and not have any symptoms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>You can find our current guidelines regarding visits and travelling below.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>A visitor from Finland<\/h3>\n<p>We try to arrange all meetings electronically. When a visit is necessary, particular attention is paid to cleaning, good hygiene, safety distances and group sizes, and this also applies in conference rooms.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>A visitor who has travelled abroad within the last 14 days<\/h3>\n<p>All visits will be considered on a case-by-case basis to assess their necessity. All countries are currently advising their citizens to avoid all non-essential travel at a minimum. Before the visit, the host will check the <a href=\"https:\/\/um.fi\/entering-finland-and-travelling-abroad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland<\/a>\u2019s current quarantine guidelines as well as country-specific travel advice.<\/p>\n<p>If the visit is necessary, the following guidelines will be enforced on M\u00e4kel\u00e4 Alu\u2019s premises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The visitor will be given a face mask and disposable gloves that must be used at all times on the premises (excluding separate working and social facilities).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Physical contact must be avoided and a safe distance of 1\u20132 metres will be maintained between the staff and the visitor. In addition to visitors, personnel must also wear a face mask when in contact with a visitor.<\/li>\n<li>The visitor may only have contact with their own contact person.
