We celebrated 80 years of Mäkelä Alu in summery weather in late July. Entertainers included stand-up comedian Jarkko Saariluoma and artist Anssi Kela. The staff presented the owners with a monument to mark 80 years of Mäkelä Alu, and the portrait of yrittäjäneuvos(president’s honorary title of entrepreneurship in Finland) Esko Mäkelä was unveiled.
Esko Mäkelä received the gift the staff gave in honour of Mäkelä Alu’s 80th birthday.
Anssi Kela’s performance was very impressive. Anssi Kela is a famous Finnish rock star.
